Is anyone building the equivalent of Google Ad Exchange for AI apps/LLM's?

It seems obvious that monetising AI apps via Ads requires a different structure, something like the paper i have linked

Would love to come across founders/projects trying to solve for this

Given the rise of agents on the web, it seems like websites would need a framework for having them interact/transact on their websites securely, without flagging them as malicious bots
