I'm surprised that developers making six figures couldn't solve a problem that an interviewer considered trivial. Any chance of a sample or maybe an alternate version of the problem?

I have had similar experiences as an interviewer. It’s one of those things that you really have to see to believe, but it’s definitely a real thing.
