My question is, are we losing critical tools that would otherwise be helpful, or are we freeing up bandwidth for other things that are more useful and relevant in modern times?
I also couldn't read a map to save my life but I'm not sure if this is a loss (lacking this abstract tool) or a win (opportunity cost wise).
