Can you point to some examples of Google suing other mobile device manufacturers? If so, how many of them are offensive suits, and how many are defensive moves in response to being sued first?

The last to enter a space doesn't generally sue the incumbents, it's true.

Your point also holds true of Apple, and many of the other companies on that chart who only began to play this game after attacked.
